The LFC Goalkeeping Department is part of Legends FC. The GK Hub is at Silverlakes Sports Complex in Norco, Ca. However, the department and club stretches to several regions and counties in California. We have departments in Norco, San Bernadino, High Desert, Orange County, LA County, Santa Clarita Valley, San Gabriel Valley, San Diego, Del Mar, and San Jose.

GK Department Story
Legends FC wanted to ensure they had the best Goalkeepers in the Nation. They hired Jeff Tackett as the Director of Goalkeeping and he was given the resources to put together a GK staff to accomplish the goal and vision of the club. To do this, they needed to hire positions in each region and create a full staff of 4 GK coaches at the Norco Hub. Once this was complete, the plan was put into motion. The department created a full GK curriculum for every region to follow. It was designed to make sure every GK was getting developed in all 4 pillars of goalkeeping (technical, tactical, physical, and psychological) and being taught the "WHY" in everything we do. Once this was establish, the department also launch tactical training, classroom sessions, SAQ training, video review, game analysis, self-assessment game reports, and evaluations. As the program grows, each region will begin to receive all the tools they need for the GK to develop.
Meet The Team
Coach Jeff T
Jeff Tackett is the Director of Coaches - Goalkeeping for all of Legends FC. He is in charge of all programming, training curriculum, and regional optics for goalkeeping. Jeff has been coaching for over 25 years as a GK Director , Club Director, and Youth Coach. He has also coached High School and College soccer for 22 years, at all levels. He holds a USSF license, USC Advanced National Diploma, AAF/CIF Diploma, GK Regional, State, and National licenses, and Levels I & II Diplomas in Video analysis. Jeff is also the owner of SCSG.
